Hi Chuck,

Whatever the URL shows, www or no www, try deleting the www and log in, ie
http://valentina-db.com vs http://www.valentina-db.com.

There are versions of Safari out there that are confused by this, even
though there's no issue with other browsers. I suspect that's what is
happening.
