Deployment for Mac

Dear Ruslan
I followed the instruction but after pressing ENTER in the terminal window
(mac) I get a huge list of files that were not found. Most of the files are
supposed to be in the Application.app/Contents/vcomponents folder. But this
folder is empty.
I checked the following:
- The DEVELOPER folder is installed on my Mac
- Before I created the Mac projector (cross-platform on Vista) I made sure
that "Exclude All Xtras" is selected.
Questions:
- Why is the vcomponents folder inside my Application.app empty?
- Do I have to copy the requested files manually?
- And where can I find those files?
Furthermore, if I need to exclude all Xtras from my Application.app the
application doesn't "see" the Xtras anymore. I earlier versions of Director
I used to put the Xtras in a "Xtras"-folder. When I am trying to do this now
this doesn't work for the Mac projector. I know this is not directly your
business but maybe you can give me a hint. This is how I tried it: As I am
working with the Windows version of Director 11 I took all the Mac Xtras
from "Configuration/Cross Platform Resources/Macintosh/Xtras". I copied the
Xras with the extension ".xpio" into the Xtras folder of my project. But the
mac projector doesn't "see" those Xtras. On the other hand if I include the
Xtras in the projector it works. This is a dilemma...
Attachment:
- List of missing files that I get when I follow the instruction to create a
standalone application package
Looking forward to your ansers.
Best regards,
Markus
