How to tell a method field to re-index using RunRev API

I can think only about next scenario%

You run your rev app, do some debugging,
Then you stop REV debugger but db was not flushed and/or closed in normal
way.

You need make sure that you do db.flush() after any edit of db, to fix
changes on the HDD
