Kernel error on Union queries involving pict fields

Hello List,

I just submitted this bug report:

Summary
0003743: Kernel error on Union queries involving pict fields

Trying to combine 2 or more queries with the Union keyword if the  
resulting cursor contains picture data will be produced an error like  
this:

    Kernel error: 0x9952b. Segment "1" is wrong. The last segment is  
"0".

No error is produced if the found records contain no pictures
