SQL Select with Binary Link

OK -- for anyone who might learn from my mistakes. Dumping the data for the
ptr table, deleting the data for that table, checking and making sure both
binary links are present and then re-importing the SQL dump not only didn't
fix the missing index on the small table with the key but also made the
index go away for the larger index with the key.

So the next step is to go through the process again. Make the foreign keys.
Convert the foreign keys to binary links. See if it works this time.
