Valentina Community Server under OSX?

Is Community Server coming to OS X ever?

I am running a PHP-based product under OSX, which is actively used by 
some 1500 people. I'd like to check whether I can speed it up by 
switching from MySQL to Valentina Community Server. Switching to run 
under Linux is not an option for me now.
