Hey Pietercil,

I wasn't trying to be rude or aggressive. Simply trying to provide
feedback that might help SELL Valentina as opposed to frustrating and
alienating potential customers.

In fact, considering how accusatory the email I was responding to was,
in rereading my email, I'm surprised at how neutral and matter-of-fact
the tone and content of my email was. If my criticisms of the product,
the documentation, or promotion seem inflammatory, is it possible that
this is simply coming from a sense of insecurity?

Russ (Martin is my last name).
