Slow start up times

How can you know that this is Valentina.Init()?

Valentina.Init() do only RAM operation, allocate cache.

May be ...

    a) you try allocate big cache
And
    b) your OS system before this have used a lots of RAM for other
        app, so virtual system start manage RAM via disk ...
