Well, I did try once in March, but was some problems
That SDK do not allow create dylibs.

Today I have to think, why we need DYLIBs?
We can try to give just static libs.

Aha, for C++ we can do static libs.
For V4CC product I am not sure.
Must be checked.

So I have no any terms, even not started.


Yes Vclient should be much easier start.
It is small than KERNEL, and kernel depends on some third party libs.

Also for kernel may be some features can be excluded...
E.g. SQL/XML dumps ...
May be no sense to exclude and in future it will be okay.

Btw, about 128MB for apps.
I can bet 2 year later it will be 512 :-)
