again:

for MAC:     
    /usr/local/lib/vcomponents/vresources/English/*.xml

for WIN:
    Program Files/Paradigma Software/vcomponents/vresources/English/*.xml


Or what kind of docs you want?
XML files are primary files with error codes and err descriptions.
What can be better? :-)
