Exception 0xC06D007E "Delay-load Module Not Found" is generated by
LoadLibrary() function when it try load DLL.

Please check that system environment PATH is set to the VComponents_Win_VC
folder.  May be system cannot find vcom.dll, check path to it.
Also you can try utility "depends.exe" from the Visual Studio. It is show
which dll's system can't find.

My error was that VCOM.dll was in the same folder as 
VShared_Win32_Release_VC.dll, what raised this exception.
(I put it there).
When VCOM.dll has its own folder, everything is ok.
