externals standalone

Thanks again Ruslan,

I'm compiling OK now with;
Mac OSX Universal
Scripts = Valentina
Database support = Valentina2 only
win, macintel, macos, linux are dsabled

Although I use a Macintel, it will not compile a useable version with  
this setting.
