Open Database on Server

Examples do not work ???
    they work of course with VSERVER.
    they can create and open existed dbs.

Difference to note is that when you work with VSERVER
    you specify in the FolderItem  ONLY NAME of db.
    but not full path.

I think problem is that you try open db from OTHER folder than DATABASES.

Have you register such database ?
After registration server will have map

    DB_NAME     full_path ...

And you still must specify only DB_NAME when do Open/Create
