Very interesting idea and point :)

    One big Universal collection.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Although note, usually we want find Phones/Cars/Children/Parents/... Of a
PERSON.

But still can easy work with Universal Collection:

    For Person RecId
        find all linked PHONES

KIND of object is defined by TableID.
