I have open this db, on Wndows, using Vstudio 3.4 release from site.
Yes I see about 3-4 second delay.

Will try debug now.

TIP - WOW

I have found easy way reproduce such delay many times without restart.
As you know SECOND and THIRD time db opens very fast.

Just RENAME db file and open it again.
Now  cache of virtual system of Windows think this is other file and LOAD
it.
