Is that an old XML file?  On my installation, the XML files are here:

    /usr/local/lib/vcomponents/vresources/English/sql_errors.xml
    
In earlier installations of Valentina, I remember the xml files being placed in the CFMSupport folder, but that is not the case now.  For me at least...

I just opened this file in BBedit with no errors but I don't see your error number...
