Yes it will not be free. In fact Lynn was going setup this new schema in
Feb, but we have delay it.
 
Again note, we have ONE YEAR shadow period for 2.5.10.

I.e. People who have buy 2.x during last 12 months
will get 2.5.10 *AND* even 3.0 for FREE.

As I understand, because we need start new schema of serials -- based on
