In XP1 and XP2 Microsoft have introduce new technology of manifests in DLLs.
Which is intended to resolve DLL Hell.
MacOS X have similar thing for dylibs.
MS Visual 2005 push developers to support this technology.
So things have little harder and not such as it was before for years in
Windows. Exists few ways how to work with this. Dropping of
Microsoft.VC80.CRT is the most simple thing.
