Warning! VStudio changes content while scrolling through rows!

when scrolling through rows "\ r " is stripped out from the data


I've several tables with varchar columns containing " \ r " for line  
breaks, i.e. formatted letter addresses.

When opening this table with VStudios Data Editor, selecting this  
row, and then scrolling through the lines the "\ r" are all stripped  
out. Even more worse, this is not only for this view, but the changes  
are committed back to the DB!

Real bad, while doing data maintenance, I de-formatted several  
addresses!
