Okay I see that bug report is not accurate
                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Scroll works just fine in DATA EDITOR.

So I have go to test yet SQL Editor, and now I see this issue.
Igor please fix this issue asap, and I think we will make one more build.
Igor at least on MAC it is broken,
