[OFF] auto-testing of GUI applications

Hi Developers,

I believe that most developers that present here, develop some kind of GUI
applications, like Valentina Studio is also.

Question is:

    anybody use any tool to do at least some set of auto-tests
    of such kind of software?

I.e. A tool which allow write test-scripts as:

    click button at position(x,y) => result is close window
