2.5.6 contains right only few fixes. Not enough to make PR :-)
2.5.5 did announce Valentina for Ruby.

About make smaller was little discussion on this list.

No need to convince.

Just we have problems with good tools for this.

Can you suggest tool which can be
* as good and easy and online as WIKI
* is able produce good books-like PDF as inDesign
* is able manage Reference of similar methods for different ADKs as
FrameMaker and even we need better of that.
* is able support and help easy synchronize multi-language docs
* and more ...
?  

So far I don't know such tool.
This is from tech point of view.
