smaller V4RB2 Apps

Ruslan,

What about VCOM? I see NO reason I should be forced to install these dll's
for a local DB:
VDK_VC.dll
dnssd.dll
libeay32.dll
ssleay32.dll

Not sure about:
VShared_Win32_Release_VC.dll
VClient_Win32_Release_VC.dll

If any of these can be avoided by "weak linking" which I assume is the same
as Delayed Load of dll's for VCOM?

Regards,
Joakim
