[V4RB] Apps compiled with 2.5.9 on a Mac still don't work on the PC (Vista and XP)

This app does nothing, I mean, I compile it, copy the executable on  
my 3 machines (2 XP and 1 Vista), double-click, nothing happens. I  
haven't looked at the code yet but it is clear there is something wrong.
