Another Newbie Question

Hi guys
 
 
I have successfully installed VCOM object in DELPHI and i am now able to
create tables etc...
 
I need to import a MS Access table data into Valentina. Is there an easy way
of doing this? like bulk import ? 
If so how?
 
Also, which software can i use to view the .VBD file?
