which is what I do now with MySQL using the CLI tools.

I spoke to an Adobe plugin developer as to whether it was possible to  
write a plugin to run JS from outside of ID and it doesn't appear  
easily doable. I think ID still has a doscript() command and it may  
be possible to utilise this.
