[IMPROVED] in 2.3 b8 will be speed improve 10-30%

Hi All,

Improved speed of Table.AddRecord() on cache level.

Test with one field in table
    was 111 sec  now 77 sec


Test with 13 fields in tables
    was 3.49 sec now 3.17
