License questions

Is there a way to limit the embedded license that gets distributed with the network version of Valentina to one user? We want to allow our users to purchase a single user license if they want. The problem is that the embedded license allows up to 5 user. Is this possible?

If I buy 20 user licenses from the web site how do break this up into several license files? Also, can I buy a 20 user license and break it up this way:

1 user license
5 user license
14 user license
