Is Valentina 2 for Director Backward compatible?

Is there any way we could call you?  I assume you are in Ukraine, that's
where I am from.  We have too many back and forth questions on our side,

For V4MD there is no such list.
You can look into V4RB_Reference.pdf, to see e.g. SQL changes.

I think main picture of logic is similar.

Major change is how you do SQL SELECT query,
In v1 you create new Vcursor Xtra, now you use db.SqlSelect()
