VCursor Changes Locking Type

Existing cursor cannot do such switch.

You must self set ReadWrite in SqlSelect()

BUT note, not each cursor can be ReadWrite.
Only Single Table cursor can be ReadWrite.

If you have JOIN, then cursor will be ALWAYS Read only
