Error 310 when connecting to the V1 server

Yes, I am running the server with the embeded license file. I will follow your advise and let you know what I get for results.

Do you run server with Embedded License file?

If no, then you can temporary remove last parameter and few others to see
what parameter affect

Try "localhost" instead of 127.0.0.1
