Valentina and Base 64 encoding

Hi Ruslan,
Mine is simpler.

The plugin folder is 2.2 the folder with the development environment is
2.2 but the folder I put the application into once compiled has the
dll's from 2.1

It didn't give the usual error when the app is run it just crashed out
(DR Watson)

Replaced DLL's with 2.2 versions and started fine. I just have to
remember to distribute the correct DLL's with the app.
