Does the other computer (where you are getting the error) have the right
vComponents version installed in CFM support? (assuming you are using a
PEF-format V4RB RB application.)

If you are compiling in Mach-O format, are you putting the Mach-O
vComponents into the package before moving it to the other computer?

Either one of these situations causes me to get similar errors.
