Problem compiling VSDK_Examples in VSDK C++ version 2.4

This is because we compile VSDK dlls to be ready for 10.3

Look into VSDK project settings.
Note for 5 manually added parameters

    GCC compiler
    OS X deploment 
    ROOT_ppc

For PPC builds we use GCC 3.3
