Valentina Databases on Mac/PC

To shed more light on the issue:

1. If I use version 2.0.4 (on a PC), I can successfully create and 
access databases on the same platform. However, on the Mac, running 
version 2.0.5, querying databases created with 2.0.4 on the PC fail.
2. If I use version 2.0.5 (again, on a PC), the examples fail to run, 
and I am unable to query any Valentina database.
