But maybe Impressario Xtra also require that MS DLLs ?

And if you copy them INTO projector folder,
Then they do not see it ... No. they should.

Igor, what else so special do installer?
- installs VComponents
- installs 2 MS dlls into system
- set PATH variable.

Nothing more..
