Seems that i misunderstood.
What sense to print out a example db in the docs if there is no use of
it. Please put it on the web site (and for the example db i think there
is no need for c++ developers). If you print it out it must exist, if
not you have certainly some test db's which you can publish.

Very nice to hear. I'm eagerly waiting for a reliable working (and basic
comfortable) version of vStudio.
