Charles, SqlExecute() right now returns integer -> number of affected
records.

Yes, some dbs have function as last_id();
We have talk here abou this and was some reason not to make it.
It seems Ivan have told that only mySQL actually have it.
Big DBMS do not have such feature.
Hmm, do not remember reason.
