connect to local embedded DB and served DB in same app ?

Yes, because both plugins V4RB and V4RB_Client register the same classes.

We plan implement this feature in 2.0

It will work as 

    *SINGLE* plugin V4RB
    weakly linked with 2 DLLs:    kernel.dll and vclient.dll
