[VServer] NT4 error 10093

This is the 10093 error description from MSDN:
        Successful WSAStartup not yet performed. 
        Either the application has not called WSAStartup or         
        WSAStartup failed.

So, the real question is: did you call ValentinaInit() 
before using VServer Xtra?
