Hi Deane,

You can download a38 build.,

Igor have correct installer so now even if there is no that registry record,
it still create .ini file and quite after that.
But you get ability correct .ini file manually.


(!!!) We still need clarify why on your system installer was not able add
property to your registry.
And first of all you need confirm us that this is true.
