Server installer error again -- workaround

I downloaded a fresh installer and tested. No difference, same thing.

Until we get reports from other users it may be hard to narrow down the 
difference between your installation and my installation.

This may not be a major issue over the short term, since there is an 
easy work around (of clicking back through the buttons). If that 
workaround could be stated in the read me or in the Introduction panel 
of the installer that will help new users.
