[V4RB beta] How do I add users?

It document says edit the master database to add users, but doesn't 
specify how.

I've go V4RB Client 2.0.31 and VServer 2.0.31 for Mac OS X running ok, 
but the sample project reads a clientCount of zero, i.e. no users set 
up.
