AW: [V4MD] LoadDump & error 4

I have been crashing my app quite often in Authoring and NEVER was the
Database corrupted (in opposite to V12, where it was corrupted after almost
every crash)

Of course I had data loss. Ruslan advised me to use Flush() after every data
change and I have not seen any significant speed loss, so flushing is a good
idea
