1) NoLocks ... not sure.

No, if some other cursor have LOCK record, then nobody else of course cannot
delete it.

NoLock can help you ONLY if you will use it in ALL cursors.


2) you need download new docs then.
    V4RB docs contain info about record locks
    Valentina Kernel.pdf also
