V4RBReference.pdf ... PS

Just tried opening it in Preview as well ... no luck there either, no 
error message just an empty window.
Then tried downloading again but using the FTP link instead of HTTP & 
got a slightly larger file that worked.
I have no idea whether the problem was the server or here but hopefully 
the information is useful.
