Aha, I see what you mean.

Well, yes of course it is known fact that C library / DLL is compatible to
all compilers. 

Yes, C++ lib/dll is NOT compatible on binary level.
They do some efforts to bring this binary compatibility btw.

Hmm, if you want to use C language than you can simply to use C SDK.
What problems?
May be we can add to C SDK framework also...
