You need look into Valentina Kernel.pdf

This is in bytes.

This is NOT MAXIMUM SIZE! this is segment size for BLOB field.


So if you need store page, I think it takes about 2KB of data,
Then use for that TEXT fields e.g. SegmentSize = 1024
