[VXCMD] fld decryption problem

First, I'm sorry to post twice. I must have missed your reply. I wondered
why you did not respond because you usually are so quick!

I tried this. I got a number for the boRef. I got a number for fldRef. But
the call to "Field_SetEncryption" gave an error  of 310.

> What version of VXCMD ?

I am using 1.9.5
