win95 problem : works in ViSQL, not in V4MD...

As a latest update, I have downloaded ViSQL for Windows, which was 
compiled using V4RB 1.97. I can successfully open and query the same 
database that I cannot access with V4MD.

This could be a show-stopper for me. Please HELP!?
